Items are usually priced at less than US $10 per item. The time it takes us to
process small orders does not make retail orders cost-effective but you may ask for
a waiver.

additional fees for our time will be added to their purchase costs.

Wholesale prices are quoted FOB Port of Saigon with the following understanding:
(a) 20 foot container shipment and delivery by sea to Port of Destination -- at buyer's
expense; (b) no additional packing; (c) Not including customs arrival duty if
applicable and (d) full payment in advance by wire or by confirmed Letter of Credit
(L/C) drawn on international banks acceptable to VNC. See our terms & conditions.
