Once VNC has established a business relationship with you, and both parties agree on the proposal at hand, you deposit a small advance to VNC’s escrow account we will commit all to the success of that transaction. VNC will prepare the proposal for your approval at which time a contractual agreement will be created and approved by all parties. The Vietnam market is in a constant state of development and modification, so fees for services will vary in regards to market movements. All actions will coincide with the mutually agreed upon Business Plan. In some cases additional consultancy fees will be assessed as agreed for out-sourcing support and supplies. After initial retainer are in escrow and agreements of both parties are in place, VNC and its staff will begin to do what we are good at, “Business”. Commisions and Fees VNC business relationships are based on one project per client per contract. The completion will vary from project to project depending on the nature and location of each project. All retainers will be maintained up to minimum level in the escrow accounts as agreed. This may be for a one time total fee or an hourly fee depending on the situations surrounding the project. VNC accepts no commissions are in any form or will guarantee success of a project. VNC requires a minimum of 5,000 US dollars for services and the client will receive a monthly statements reflecting activity of that account.
