Wholesale prices are quoted FOB port of HCMC with the following
understanding:

(a) 20 foot container shipment for sea delivery to
Port of Destination, at buyer's expense;
(b) no additional packing;
(c) excluding Customs Arrival Duty where applicable; and
(d) 50% deposit up front and 50% balance prior to boarding
by wire transfer.
